This fun, energising activity can burn up to 700+ calories in a single session. Evolution Kickboxing classes are a fantastic way of getting into great shape!

Our ladies Kickboxing classes cover the same syllabus as our regular kickboxing sessions.

The class structure will take you from basic techniques through to advanced combinations. Classes consist of a group warm up, technique development, pad drills, partner drills, controlled sparring (optional) and cool down.
