Our structured Kickboxing system makes it easy for anyone to get involved. Our team of experienced instructors will safely guide you step by step and help you achieve your goals.
Our Kickboxing sessions will teach you the skills required to progress through the levels moving towards achieving your black belt.

Evolution Kickboxing incorporates techniques and methods of training from Boxing, Taekwon-Do, Karate and Muay Thai. This fusion of styles creates a dynamic effective striking system.
Classes consist of a group warm up, technique development, pad drills, partner drills, controlled sparring (optional) and cool down.
Kickboxing Timetable
Mondays: 19:05 – 20:00
Wednesdays: 19:05 – 20:00
Tuesdays: 20:05 – 21:00
Thursdays: 20:05 – 21:00
